So I have succumbed to the pimping duo Dopp and Showme and started reading FGOTR - I know Reyes is the one that you are gaga about but something about the guy that acts like a dick, but really likes the girl kinda draws me in.... I am liking Garret so far Wink

Still reading Mary Wine. Now I'm half done with her Highlander series. Not bad.

I love the banter between Charley and Garrett.
Besides Garrett being tasty (and he definately is), his flirting produces the best lines in the book!

Getting all geared up for your Sctland trip uap? You're going to be my go-to girl for all things Highlander! (Sigh, I soooo miss THE VOICE.)

I have just started reading a new series. So far there is only one book out but it was amazing!! The author is Kalayna Price. It is the Alex Craft series. The first book is called Grave Witch. I would really recommend this author to others!! :drunken:

You are right about Price. Swede pimped her Haven series to me early last year I believe. Loved the Hermit. I have her Craft series on my TBR list.

Reading Queen of Shadows by Dianne Sylvan. The world builing is a little bit clunky (but really only just a little bit), but still enjoying so far.

Finished FGOTR and then dreamt about it! Woke up thinking about it too! Think I need to reread the chapter where it all comes together because I am still not sure what the heck happened! I really enjoyed the book - the humor is great, but I don't need a punch line in every single sentence ... I read the short and it was beautifully written. I really like Reyes, but honestly at this stage I think I prefer Garrett smile

Finished Queen of Shadows. It never really got there for me. Now reading Red-headed Stepchild (about 3/4 of the way through) and liking it very much!

B4v, I really enjoyed Red-Headed Stepchild too. Mage in Black is also good, but Green-Eyed Demon is fantastic. Giguhl gets a lot of page time in GED, and he's awesome. In his own words, he "pisses insight".

LOL, dopple. Yeah enjoying Mr. Giggles, I mean Giguhl, quite a lot already, so glad to know he features a good amount of page time in GED. Adam's pretty yummy, so I'm hoping he cops a whole lot more page time in GED as well.

I think I will start today. Boss out the rest of the week, so I do believe that I will take small advantage of that.

I really enjoyed Wells first two books in her Sabina Series. Some one mentioned earlier that with each book they improve. I do like Adam, but the ex Vamp lover (can't recall name at moment). He intrigued me!!

But Mr. Giggles is like my new Jinks. Such a fun character.

I did finish Green-Eyed Demon and really enjoyed it. And yes, I do think the writing improves with each book. I just freaking love Mr.Giggles.
Slade? He isn't in GED. Sad

GED is all about Adam. smile

Slade almost has to be in the next one though. At least I'm hoping so. Slade was intriguing and he would certainly shake things up!

There are new characters in GED that are fantabulous. A drag queen, some punk/shock rockers, a voodoo priestess. It gets gooooood! smile
