| Dawn Of Darkness by Daniel A. Kaine I like it. You can tell it was written by a very young person, but it is pretty smooth. There are a few glitches and improbabilities. Still, I liked it. So many different creatures and abilities, I started to put this on the vamp page, but what about the werewolves? And what about the physic humans? So, I put it here. And, did I mention that I like it? Looking forward to book 2 in the Daeva series, Origin Of Darkness. Thanks Swede and Whit for the FB recommendation. |

| I really enjoyed Scorpion. It did pick up in the second half if that helps. A lot happened in the first part but you get your answers later.
Dawn of Darkness is a good read. I adored the characters and the world. |

| I'm a little better 'cause the awful thing has happened. Although I may need my fingers as a shield for the scary parts where I will once again "Waugh!" I'm sure there is more awful yet to come. And a cliffhanger. |

| I have only just started reading this series, after having had it on my kindle for far too long.... in fact so long, that I forgot I had it - and bought it AGAIN!! And as is often the case, I am left wondering why I left it for that long ..... it is THAT good And the big news is Daniel has kindly agreed to come and chat with us - I will confirm the date as soon as I can. |

| DOD Sooooo, I want to know if Ash came back as a vamp because of the tinkering with their blood and all the Daevas will come back or if it was something that Verloren did. |

| Wahoo! I really really liked this book. I saw the cover on GR and it caught my attention. Once I read the blurb I bought it. I was a little concerned about some people saying it was YA but it wasn't. Sometimes people are stupid and I hope that didn't sway people. It could have me. Anyway, I finished it in less that 36 hours and professed my love to all who would listen I've said it's my favorite cliff anger ever but can't comment on why I'm dying to read the next book. The ending was wicked and I've read Daniel say on FB that he likes that we think he's one of those EVIL AUTHORS who I love but want to scream at at the same time. If you guys haven't read this, read it! |

| I've kept my mouth shut this long, I'm not telling!!! You know me well enough to know I'd be waughing if I wasn't happy. Happy-ish? Daniel did a beautiful job of making me yearn for Ash right along with Mik. |
